INTRIGUITY PARTICIPATES IN IIJS 2010 FOR THE THIRD CONSECUTIVE YEAR DISPLAYING THE R66+ SERIES OF 3D PRINTERS WITH SCP TECHNOLOGY.

August 24th 2010:

Intriguity participated in the India International Jewellery Show (IIJS) 2010 for the 3rd consecutive year in succession. The products on display were Solidscape’s R66+ & T76+ range of 3D Printers with the new Smooth Curvature Printing (SCP) technology. Also, on display was the Scansystems 3D Scanner for scanning statues & artifacts. Solidscape had recently introduced the SCP based “+” range of 3D Printers including the T76+ & the R66+.

The range of printers are comparatively faster than the previous models by about 10-20% & also provide a much better surface finish. Intriguity had displayed the new series of 3D Printers & received a phenomenal response from the visitors. Also present at the booth during the show was Mr Dan Drop – the Asia Pacific Sales Manager for Solidscape Inc, USA. “ We would like to communicate to our prospects the advantages they can derive from the new features added in the “+” series of 3D Printers & the best way to do that is through trade shows. By interacting face to face with prospects, we are able to ensure that we address all their queries & explain to them in detail about our recent innovations. The IIJS 2010 proved to be a tremendous success for us since we were able to get a footprint of more than a 1000 visitors who were interested in our technology” commented Mr Dan Drop.

“IIJS has always been a very important event for our business since we are able to directly meet our existing customers as well as future prospects at the show. Over the years, the show has been growing both in terms of footprint and business opportunities.

This year proved to be yet another successful year for our business with a record breaking visitor count at the booth. The recently introduced SCP technology by Solidscape created a lot of stir among visitors since they were amazed by the exceptional surface finish obtained by Solidscape’s new range of 3D printers. Also, the 3D Scanner from Scansystems was something which we had introduced for the first time in the jewelry industry for scanning of statues.

Using the scanner, one can directly acquire data from physical objects both onsite & offsite further to which this data can be manipulated to STL or Surface data as per the requirement. Once the data is post-processed, the model can be printed using the Solidscape’s range of 3D Printers directly in wax which can be further casted.” says Mr Vikrant Rawa, Intriguity.
